We commit to provide the highest quality products possible and hope that you will love with everything you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at return to and return those items within 30 days of receipt. We will be able to issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note

  • ̇The goods for replacement or refund must be returned in unwashed, unworn, re-sellable condition with all original tags and in original packaging. Any non-faulty items received may result in your product be sent back to you and not processed for replaced or refunded.

  • Free return policy excludes sale items, full price items only.

  • We want to ensure you are pleased with the product and size that you have bought. However, we can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size or color. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please return the item for a refund and then place a new order.

  • Unfortunately, we can only accept purchases made directly from for return. For a Himmel product purchased via a 3rd party retailer, please contact directly to the place of purchase to arrange your returns.

  • Please ensure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

  • Himmel will not accept any customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods return under warranty” for customs purposes.

Returns & Replacement Process

If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase, please follow the steps below:

  • Notify us which product you will be returning, and input anything else if you feel Himmel should know.

  • Place your return items and the completed return form in shipping box, and then send your well packaged order back at any SF-Express location.

  • Retain a “Proof of postage” receipt this until you receive email confirmation that we are processing you returns.

  • Allow at least 2 weeks from the time you mail your package for you returns to be process.

  • Receive a return confirmation email and refund to your original form of payment within three business days once we have processed your returns.

  • And Remember, we always cover the return shipping cost for Himmel customers.
