Service refers the website operated by Himmel Sport Cycling Apparel Limited.

Personal Data/Person Information refers any information from a living individual can be identified.

Usage Data refers the data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (e.g. percentage of uses accessing a specific website feature). We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data).

If you fail to provide personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (e.g., to provide you with products or services).

In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for 3 years after they cease being our customers.

In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for internal research or analysis purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Transfer of data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

  • Other carefully selected third parties who provide services to Himmel including

    (but not limited to): website applications, order processing, warehouse systems, customer services, file storage, event management, payment processing, communication applications, shipping applications, email campaign management tools, analytic tools, mapping tools and social media.




Services Provider

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
